This is accomplished through the continued execution of brand standards in a positive and welcoming work environment. The restaurant would beused for training new restaurant leaders (ShiftManagers, Assistant Managers, Restaurant Managers & ARLs), Team Member fundamentals, and National Initiatives.

The Joy in Childhood Foundation, Inc. provides grants to hundreds of nonprofits – big and small – making a difference in the lives of kids battling hunger or illness across the country. Organizations include food pantries, children’s hospitals, camps and programs designed to provide joy to those who need it most.

Event Love Kitchen - Little Caesars - Lancaster, PA

For more than 40 years, our Love Kitchen fleet has been on the road, traveling from city to city with one mission: to share love, comfort, and support through hot, delicious pizza. Serving communities in need from our very own kitchen on wheels, the Love Kitchen is more than food — it’s a symbol of care and community.

As local franchisees, we were delighted to give back in August 2024 by donating, preparing, and serving meals for the Lancaster Police Department and Community Church

Event Teacher of the Year - Harford County Public Schools, MD

We are proud to sponsor the Harford County Public Schools Celebration of Excellence in Education — Teacher of the Year program — for the past three years. This partnership is our way of expressing heartfelt gratitude to the educators who inspire and shape the future. Selected by students, colleagues, administrators, and the community, these teachers represent the very best in education.

During the event, five teacher finalists are honored, and the Teacher of the Year is revealed in a surprise announcement — making it a truly touching and memorable evening for everyone involved.
